10/10 would recommend. I moved to Stirchley Dental Practice from another Telford dentist who made me feel like I was becoming a cash cow to them with the amount of treatment I was being charged for. At Stirchley, Amy greeted me with a smile, and Helen instantly made me feel at ease. I don’t think I’ve ever left a dentist appointment smiling! Helen really cares for her patients and recommended the most effective course for me. I didn’t feel pressured into it, and I’m actually looking forward to beginning my treatment. I can already feel my fear of the dentist disappearing - thanks to the lovely ladies at Stirchley!

Helen is an absolute credit to her profession. I have had some treatment today including a couple of fillings, the prep for a root canal and the repair to my veneer (which she only saw for the first time today).
During my treatment I didn't feel a thing however, Helen was constantly checking if I was ok, her attention to detail was fantastic and her overall manner was exemplary.
Helen also took time to explain my future treatments, her help and guidance was very much appreciated. Her dental nurse Eileen who, as always was friendly and professional. I now feel very comfortable coming back to the dentist after some recent poor experiences.

I'm an extremely anxious patient and normally dread the dentist however I cannot compliment the dentist Joseph Wong enough. He fully explained everything which I feel relieved a lot of my anxiety and reassured me. I had two teeth extracted included a troublesome wisdom tooth that have been nothing but painful for many years. I recently had to book an emergency appointment which resulted in my not being able to attend an event the same day. I had a large filling today which I was very anxious about as I am nervous about attending the dentist. The team were really welcoming and appeared to have all covid procedures in place. The Dentist and Dental nurse were patient and understanding throughout the long and difficult procedure and checked in with me at regular intervals, I didn't feel any pain at all. I have not seen a dentist for almost 20years and am incredibly phobic due to horrible dental experiences as a child. I visited Clavering house this morning. I was so impressed with how the staff treated me. They were so kind and understanding. The receptionist Ellen was so lovely. She was organised and extremely helpful not only to myself but also other patients in the waiting room too. I saw Nazira and Abby in the dental examination room. The room was light and clean and I was made to feel at ease by both ladies. When I went into the room Abby greeted me. She was warm and friendly and reassured me throughout the check up. Nazira was very gentle during the dental examination. She listened to my anxieties and took her time. She did not hurt me. This has got to be the best experience I have ever had at a dentist !!!! I do have to go back for a dental clean and will most definitely leave another review but the fact I feel that I can go back and go through a dental clean procedure is a miracle. I am actually looking forward to going back and feel very positive so far !!!! Thank you so so much ladies! I never thought I could attend a dental appointment ever again - your support, encouragement, reassurance and kindness has meant that I can achieve this now!!!

I have been to PDS for some years and I have to say that their new dentist (Andriana) is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. I had an emergency appointment following excessive pain in my mouth. She made herself available the same day I called. She scheduled me in for a wisdom tooth removal soon after. The area got infected a few days after the procedure and I requested another emergency appointment, which she made herself available for the same day. She is incredibly talented and caring. She makes herself available for her patients and is very considerate throughout each visit (playing relaxing music and frequently asking if I’m ok). 5 / 5 rating for Andriana! Someone please make her a partner and get her to stay forever!
